Season Opening: Clean and inspect pool and equipment. Store pool cover
and winterizing equipment. Fill, shock and balance pool water. Start filter
system. Install ladders, boards and lights.
Weekly Maintenance: Vacuum or brush pool. Clean skimmer baskets or gutter
system. Backwash filter and clean pump pot baskets as needed. Test and
replenish chemicals as needed. Clean deck.
Winterizing: Remove, label and store all pool related equipment including
diving board, ladder and lights. Blow out lines to remove water and add
antifreeze. Plug lines on pool side and remove plugs on filter, pump and
motor. Drain and clean chemical crock or tub. Clean and store chemical
feeder. Install cover, if provided.
