Season Opening: Inspect and inventory facility and equipment. Drain pool,
clean and acid wash. Pull plugs, clean and store all winterizing equipment.
Fill pool, reassemble filter and start system. Shock water with liquid
chlorine and balance chemicals. Install ladders, diving boards and lights.
Clean deck, restrooms, and pump room. Clean and position pool furniture.
Install all safety equipment. Guaranteed pool opening on scheduled date.
Weekly Maintenance: Contracted visits tailored to the needs of the facility;
daily, bi-weekly, weekly etc: Vacuum or brush pool. Clean Skimmer baskets
or gutter system. Backwash filter and clean pump pot baskets. Test and
adjust chemicals as needed. Log condition of system and chemical count
on daily log. Clean deck and restrooms. Remove trash and reline receptacles.
Put pool furniture in place. Secure facility.
24/7: On call to handle equipment failure and bio-hazard issues.
Season Closing and Winterizing: Clean restrooms and filter room. Remove
and store all furniture and equipment, diving boards, ladders and lights.
Grease, bag and label all nuts and bolts removed from equipment. Pressure
blow out all lines to remove water. Blow pool antifreeze into all lines
and plug on pool side. Remove and store plugs on filter, pump and motor.
Drain and clean chemical crock or tub. Clean and store chemical feeder.
Secure facility and return keys. Provide recommendations for the following
season.
Chemical, Supplies and Equipment: Delivery to facility in order to maintain
continuous operation.
